ServiceNow is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Technical Program Manager to lead the cross-functional partnerships with AI-native companies, drive adoption of joint solutions, and scale engagement velocity across industries. You will shape internal tooling, manage customer portfolios, and foster a culture of excellence and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of portfolio/program management experience in mid/large-size software development companies.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and release management practices in cloud-based SaaS products.
• Prior work delivering AI or intelligent workflow solutions at scale with tangible customer impact.
• Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and enterprise security practices.
• Up to 25% travel required (Customer Onsite).

Responsibilities

• Manage the Partner Build Portfolio: oversee engagement phases, timelines, scope, and outcomes.
• Establish and maintain product & engineering partnerships and feedback loops.
• Drive build scale and repeatability with tools, dashboards, and automation.
• Create communication, visibility and governance structure for the program.
