Job summary

Hotwire Communications seeks a Technical Program Manager II to drive complex, production-level projects across customer-facing apps and internal systems. You will own end-to-end lifecycles, align product strategy with engineering, and coordinate stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

You will break down initiatives, manage risks, write specifications, and lead cross-functional teams from design through delivery. Excellence in communication and stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent).
• 5–7 years of Technical Program Management experience in Internet/mobile apps.
• Proficiency with software tools needed to deliver tech projects.
• Experience building solutions in distributed systems and large-scale web/mobile apps.
• Experience analyzing user experience design and customer workflows.
• Experience with agile/iterative development and program management methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define business and system objectives with stakeholders.
• Work with product management to define strategy and requirements and secure cross-team commitment.
• Partner with customer operations to improve satisfaction and reduce support requests.
• Break down complex projects and deliver on time and on budget.
• Solve complex problems using internal systems and by designing new ones as needed.
• Drive project schedules from design to production delivery and postproduction support.
• Write specs, manage plans, mitigate risks, and oversee SDLC from inception to launch.
• Coordinate design and implementation with internal teams and external vendors.
• Lead cross-functional teams, set timelines, and ensure clear goals and ownership.
