Job summary

Hotwire Communications, LTD is seeking a Technical Program Manager II to oversee the full lifecycle of production‑level solutions, from inception to delivery, with clear success criteria and risk management.

The role requires collaboration with product management, operations, and external vendors, delivering status reports, managing timelines, and guiding the SDLC from design through launch and postproduction support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of Technical Program Management in Internet or mobile apps.
• Experience with agile/iterative development and program management.
• Experience with distributed systems and large-scale web/mobile apps.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on objectives and requirements.
• Define strategy and requirements with product management and secure commitment from teams.
• Partner with operations to improve customer satisfaction and reduce support requests.
• Break down projects, drive schedules, and deliver on time and within budget.
• Write product specifications and manage SDLC from inception to production launch and postproduction support.
• Drive consensus on technical approach and lead development teams from design through delivery.
• Communicate goals, roles, and responsibilities across project teams.
