Job summary

Coder is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead highly complex engineering programs. You will own the definition, cross-functional planning, and delivery of initiatives spanning multiple teams and systems, providing leadership visibility for strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, design, security, and GTM, manage scope and risks, and drive cadence with crisp program health updates to executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management, including multi-team programs with no single owner
• Ability to read design docs, challenge assumptions, and discuss sequencing with staff engineers
• Track record delivering at scale, meeting external commitments or deadlines
• Strong influence: set agendas with minimal oversight across non-reporting teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and executive audiences
• Judgment to balance process with speed and remove ineffective practices

Responsibilities

• Own programs end to end across teams that don’t share a direct reporting line
• Define scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risks; drive decisions and delivery
• Collaborate hands-on with engineers and product managers; influence architectural decisions
• Coordinate across engineering, product, design, security, and go-to-market
• Provide updates on program health, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and customers
• Improve productivity with tooling and lightweight processes, including AI-native tooling and our product
