Job summary

Hotwire Communications is seeking a Senior Program Manager within its Enterprise Program Management Office to drive best practices, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage project plans, budgets, and status reports.

You will partner with internal stakeholders and vendors, remove roadblocks, and apply organizational change management to ensure on-time, within-scope project delivery across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• At least 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience driving process improvement across diverse teams.
• Experience in reporting and analysis, including ROI analysis.
• Expert level in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products/services and Salesforce.com.
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of PM tools.
• Understanding of how field organizations operate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Develop comprehensive project plans for clients and staff.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Identify processes to automate, simplify, integrate and document internal tools.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs using verification techniques.
• Manage multiple projects and teams concurrently.
• Partner with peers to streamline processes and drive end-to-end improvements.
• Collaborate with construction and operations to deliver key metrics.
• Perform data analysis to track performance and risks.
• Prepare and present status reports for upper management.
