Job summary

Hotwire Communications Ltd is seeking a Technical Program Manager II to oversee production-grade solutions from inception through delivery across customer-facing applications and internal systems.

You will coordinate with product, operations, and external vendors, define success criteria, manage risks, and drive schedules in an Agile environment to ensure timely, within-budget launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, Eng or related field.
• 5–7 years of Technical Program Management in internet/mobile apps.
• Proficiency with software tools to deliver technical projects.
• Experience with distributed systems and large-scale web/mobile apps.
• Experience with agile/iterative development and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to define business and system objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with product management to define strategy and secure cross-team commitment.
• Partner with operations to improve customer satisfaction and reduce support requests.
• Break down complex projects into manageable pieces and deliver on time.
• Solve complex problems using internal systems or by designing new ones.
• Drive schedules from design to release, ensuring on-time production delivery.
• Write product specs, manage the plan, mitigate risks, and oversee SDLC from inception to postproduction.
• Coordinate design and implementation between internal teams and external vendors.
• Drive technical approach decisions and lead cross-functional teams across design to delivery.
• Communicate goals, roles, and responsibilities clearly across teams.
• Own issue resolution and provide escalation support when needed.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, balance business needs with technical constraints, and manage tradeoffs.
• Act as product owner in Agile/SCRUM, write user stories, groom backlog, plan sprints, and release each iteration.
• Perform other duties as required.
