Job summary

Hotwire Communications Ltd seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the Enterprise Program Management Office, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver complex programs. The role emphasizes planning, budgeting, risk and change management, and clear reporting to executive leadership.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in program management, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of PM practices and contract language within telecom environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent project management experience.
• Ability to engage and communicate with all levels and stakeholders.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience driving process improvement across diverse teams.
• Experience in reporting, analysis, and ROI analysis.
• Expert level in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce.com.
• Understanding of contract language and how field organizations operate.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders and ensure feasibility.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for execution.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress and costs.
• Create client-facing and staff-facing project plans for sharing.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Identify processes to automate, simplify, and standardize internal tools.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Handle multiple projects and teams concurrently.
• Collaborate with peers to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Work with construction and operations to deliver key metrics and checks.
• Perform regular data analysis to track performance and risks.
• Prepare and present status reports to upper management.
• Provide coordination for Service Delivery including OSP/ISP organizations.
• Rely on experience to plan and accomplish goals and meet deadlines.
• Schedule meetings to clarify project requirements and ensure completion.
