Job summary

Ooma is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own complex programs across VoIP/UCaaS/CCaaS platforms, cloud services, and operational systems from planning through production.

You will translate product, customer, and engineering objectives into clear plans with milestones, owners, and dependencies, and coordinate execution across Engineering, Product, QA, Network Operations, and more.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of software development, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and AI-assisted productivity tools.
