Job summary

Leidos is seeking a seasoned VoIP/VTC Solution Engineering Manager to lead our UC&C Solution Engineering team. This role combines people leadership with hands-on technical authority in enterprise voice, VTC, and collaboration solutions.

You will supervise, mentor, and develop a small team while actively engaging in architecture, design reviews, and escalations, ensuring secure, resilient, and scalable on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

Ten+ years of progressive engineering experience in VoIP, VTC, UC, or related field.
At least three years of technical leadership experience with supervisory responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree in a related engineering/technical field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of approximately four VoIP, VTC, and Telephony Solution Engineers.
Own delivery quality, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations for the team.
Provide architectural direction for enterprise voice, VTC, SIP trunking, and collaboration solutions.
Perform hands-on design, deployment, and escalation for complex voice/video environments.
Drive staffing, performance management, and professional development.
