Job summary

HMSA seeks a senior IT professional to lead the support of its unified communications infrastructure across the enterprise. You will plan enhancements, implement upgrades, and coordinate with business units and vendors to ensure reliable telephony, email, chat and collaboration services.

The role requires strong AWS/Azure experience, Cisco telecom expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions while maintaining service levels and on-call readiness across Hawaii

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of relevant information technology work experience.
• Demonstrates expertise in Cisco telecommunications infrastructure, call center operations / reporting, scripting, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Cloud based solutions for Telephony and Call Centers (AWS/Azure).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the reliability of HMSA's unified communications infrastructure, including planning and implementing enhancements.
• Implements, maintains and upgrades HMSA's unified communications infrastructure.
• Updates configuration management tools. Documents procedures and configurations.
• Liaises with business units to test and implement enhancements to call center infrastructure.
• Provides technical expertise across business functions and advises on system integration activities.
• Leads project planning and requirements gathering efforts and coordinates with vendors.
• Participates in rotating on-call support schedules and provides after-hours support as needed.
