Job summary

Canvas II, LLC. seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to provide advisory and assistance services to the Air Force for AEDC-related programs at Arnold AFB, TN. You will mentor staff, develop technical requirements, review procurement packages, and support contract administration across multiple projects.

The role includes handling SOWs, IGE preparation, market research, and coordination with industry partners. Occasional travel (5–10%) is required; Secret clearance is needed to begin work.

Qualifications

• BS in Science or Engineering or substitution with 6 years of relevant experience
• MS can substitute for with 12 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s and 8 years of relevant experience
• Security clearance: ability to obtain Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory and assistance services to Air Force engineering program management efforts
• Mentor and train younger employees
• Develop Technical Requirements for capital improvements and procurements
• Review and evaluate procurement packages for technical soundness
• Provide procurement support with contracting and market research
• Develop and maintain program records and documentation
• Support contract administration including SOW reviews, submittal tracking and invoices
• Prepare information releases and briefing materials
• Assist with project schedules and management plans
