Job summary

Canvas is seeking a Senior Project Management Support to advise and assist the Air Force on AEDC project initiatives at Arnold AFB, TN. This role handles procurement support, contract administration, and records management across multiple projects on-site.

You will document scope, KSAs, and KPIs; manage the full project life cycle; coordinate monthly reviews with the customer; and mentor junior PMs while ensuring secure documentation and effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• PMP certification desirable.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Document project scope, objectives, KPIs, and KSAs.
• Oversee project phases from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate monthly reviews with Air Force customer.
• Develop project spend plans with finance.
• Lead regular project update meetings and manage risks.
• Mentor junior PMs on the team.
