Job summary

Canvas is seeking a Senior Project Management Support to provide advisory and assistance services to the Air Force at AEDC, Arnold AFB, TN. The role covers procurement support, contract administration, and records management for complex projects.

Responsibilities include documenting scope and KPIs, coordinating reviews, and developing spend plans. Travel is possible; clearance is required for some positions, and mentoring junior PMs is expected.

Qualifications

• PM3 3-10 years of experience in project management.
• PM4 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Security Clearance: Must be able to acquire and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Document project scope, objectives, KPIs, and KSAs.
• Monthly project review briefings with the Air Force customer.
• Develop project spend plans with Finance.
• Hold weekly/bi-weekly project update meetings.
• Mentor, lead, and train junior PMs on the team.
