Job summary

Canvas, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Management Support to provide advisory and assistance services to the Air Force at AEDC, Arnold AFB, TN. This on-site role covers documentation, planning, and execution across diverse projects, including spend plans and stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate has PMP certification (desirable), a PM degree level (PM3/PM4), and 3–10 years of experience (PM3) or 10+ years (PM4); a Secret clearance is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• PMP certification desirable.
• Experience managing projects from initiation to closeout.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Document project scope, objectives, KPPs, and KSAs.
• Lead project phases (Initiation, Planning, Design, Execution, Closeout).
• Prepare monthly project review briefings for Air Force.
• Develop project spend plans with finance and track progress.
• Mentor junior PMs and coordinate with stakeholders.
