Job summary

Canvas is seeking a Senior Project Management Support Specialist to advise and assist the Air Force in project management efforts for AEDC at Arnold AFB, TN. The role covers procurement support, contract administration assistance, and records management across multiple projects.

Responsibilities include documenting scope, leading project reviews, and coordinating with finance on spend plans. Occasional travel and potential for growth within a tight, mission-focused environment are expected.

Qualifications

• PMP certification (desirable)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; Master’s Degree (PM4) or SME path possible
• 3-10 years of PM experience (PM3) or 10+ years (PM4)

Responsibilities

• Document project scope, objectives, KPPs, and KSAs.
• Oversee project phases from Initiation to Closeout.
• Prepare monthly project review briefings for the Air Force.
• Develop project spend plans with Finance.
• Lead weekly/bi-weekly project update meetings.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure documentation is complete and stored properly.
• Mentor junior PMs and maintain stakeholder relationships.
