Job summary

Canvas Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Management Support to provide advisory services to the Air Force for AEDC program efforts in Arnold AFB, TN. The role includes procurement support, contract administration assistance, and records management across multiple projects.

You will document requirements, maintain project artifacts, and mentor junior PMs while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• PMP certification desirable
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent
• Experience leading complex projects and coordinating with DoD/Air Force customers

Responsibilities

• Document project scope, objectives, KPPs, and KSAs.
• Guide project phases: Initiation, Planning, Design, Execution, Closeout.
• Provide monthly project reviews to Air Force customer.
• Develop project spend plans with finance.
• Schedule and lead weekly/bi-weekly project update meetings.
• Identify and communicate project risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Engage stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
• Oversee documentation and repository for all project artifacts.
• Mentor junior PMs on team.
• Adhere to system engineering processes for milestone reviews (IBR, PDR, CDR, VRR, FAT, FCA, PCA).
