Job summary

Axon seeks a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams across product management, engineering and design. You will translate proposals into executable plans, manage scope, risks and schedules, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that delights customers and creates measurable social impact.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, own dependencies, and remove blockers while communicating progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software/Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in leading and managing system/software delivery, with at least 7+ in a TPM role.
• Strong project management with Agile SDLC and risk tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across product management, engineering, and design to build data-driven project plans and schedules.
• Drive process improvements to increase velocity and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Own dependencies and simplify as you resolve blockers and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Track risks/issues/roadmaps and communicate status clearly to stakeholders.
• Build trust with senior leaders by aligning priorities and providing timely updates.
• Lead by example with thoroughness and customer focus.
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams across locations to earn trust and accountability.
• Document detailed process and software architecture as needed.
• Communicate regularly with teams in Seattle, Scottsdale, Vietnam and Finland.
