Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner with engineering and product management to drive projects end-to-end. The role operates in a five-person team at the intersection of Engineering, Product, and Finance to optimize spending decisions aligned with product and financial strategy.

You will work with AWS/Azure cloud cost models, forecast spending, and develop repeatable processes to scale across teams, while maintaining development velocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software or related field.
• 7+ years of leadership in system/software delivery and at least 2 years in a technical program management role.
• Strong project management skills with Agile SDLC, risk tracking and milestone management.
• Proven ability to own and drive large, ambiguous technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to build data-driven project plans and schedules.
• Drive process improvements to increase velocity and effectiveness.
• Own dependencies, communicate risks, and align priorities with senior leaders.
• Capture and improve software architecture documentation as needed.
• Influence engineering teams to optimize cloud spending.
