Job summary

Axon in Seattle is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive projects from inception through design, development and deployment, partnering with product management and engineering to translate proposals into executable plans and to keep programs on time and on budget.

You will manage scope, risks and dependencies, communicate clearly with senior leaders, and collaborate across teams and sites in Seattle, Scottsdale, Vietnam and Finland on a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and delivering large, complex software programs.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and partner to reduce it.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
