Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Technical Product Marketer to turn deep observability concepts into clear, buyer-focused narratives. You will craft core demos, run technical workshops and webinars, and bridge Product and Sales to demonstrate Grafana Cloud’s value to SRE and platform engineering leaders.

You’ll collaborate with PMMs, SEs, and content teams to scale technical content, using AI-assisted tools and automation to drive repeatable, trusted messaging across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, or similar).
• Strong understanding of observability concepts for SRE/platform teams.
• Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, value-focused stories.
• Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars.
• Record technical demo videos and walkthroughs in partnership with content teams.
• Lead webinars, workshops, and technical sessions designed for evaluators.
• Teach customers not just how Grafana works, but why our approach is differentiated and valuable.
• Use AI tools to generate variations, summaries, and reusable assets that scale technical content across channels.
