Coralogix in Boston, MA seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager to lead onboarding, integrations, and trainings, ensuring rapid time-to-value and strong adoption. This hands-on role bridges the platform with customer goals, solving complex problems and delivering measurable artifacts and value.

Experience in DevOps/Cloud and Observability, plus excellent English communication; Spanish bilingual is highly desirable. On-target earnings: $160k–$200k with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Background knowledge of DevOps / Cloud / Observability.
• Industry knowledge on Monitoring, Observability, Log Management, SIEM.
• Hands-on integrations and complex troubleshooting experience.
• Customer-facing experience and strong English communication.
• Bi-lingual Spanish is highly desirable and advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding: new integrations, artifacts, trainings and troubleshooting.
• Solve customer technical problems by adopting the platform and data integrations.
• Understand customer goals to deliver artifacts and value.
• Advise on best technical practices and drive product adoption.
• Build ongoing success plans and engage with technical stakeholders.
