Job summary

Coralogix is seeking hands-on Technical Account Managers to lead onboarding and ensure rapid value delivery, bridging our platform with customers’ real-world goals. This senior role focuses on complex implementations, issue resolution, and driving ongoing adoption.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles with strong DevOps, Cloud, and Kubernetes skills, plus excellent English communication for engineers and executives. Dallas hybrid work, with Spaces at Plano address.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, customer success, or a customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience with technical integrations and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Monitoring, Observability, Log Management, and SIEM markets.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week in our Dallas office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process, from new integrations to trainings and troubleshooting.
• Solve customer technical problems by adopting the platform, integrating data and existing integrations.
• Understand customers' technical requirements and business goals to deliver value.
• Know the Log Management / Observability markets well and guide customers with best technical practices.
• Build a strategic game plan for each customer based on data analysis and needs.
• Establish relationships with technical counterparts to drive product adoption.
• Advocate internally for customer needs and influence the product roadmap.

By enabling users to define different data pipelines per use case, we provide deep Observability and Security insights, at an infinite scale, for less than half the cost.

we're looking for Technical Account Managers at Coralogix to play a vital role in the customer journey, leading the technical onboarding process from the moment a deal is signed.

The mission is to set customers up for long-term success by ensuring a smooth implementation, rapid time-to-value, and the foundation for strong adoption.

We are looking for hands-on, detail-oriented professionals with strong technical background and customer-facing experience who can bridge the gap between our platform and the customer’s real-world goals.

Onboarding Technical Account Managers hold a senior-level position and are responsible for leading customers through one of the most critical phases of their journey. They are expected to manage complex implementations, resolve technical challenges with confidence, and clearly demonstrate product value—all while engaging with stakeholders across levels, from hands-on engineers to senior executives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the onboarding process, from new integrations, creation of artifacts to trainings and troubleshooting
• Solve customer’s technical problems by adopting the platform, integrating new data and existing integrations
• Understanding customers technical requirements and business goals to consistently create new artifacts and deliver value
• Know the Log Management / Observability markets well and be able to help customers by using the best technical practices available.
• Build a successful and ongoing game plan for each customer based on a specific data analysis and customer’s needs
• Establishing relationships and engaging with technical counterparts to drive product adoption
• Advocate internally for customer needs within Coralogix and influence a product development roadmap

Requirements

• Hybrid work model: 2–3 days per week from our Dallas office
• +3 years experience in a account management , customer success managers or customer-facing technical role
• Strong technical background in DevOps, Cloud, Kubernetes, Containers/Docker.
• Strong knowledge of the Monitoring, Observability, Log Management, and SIEM markets
• Hands-on experience with technical integrations and complex troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build credibility with technical and executive stakeholders

• Hands-on Engineering/DevOps background – advantage
• BSc degree in Computer Science / Engineering - advantage
• Experience in SAAS B2B software companies - advantage

Compensation and rewards

• The on-target earnings range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
• Our total compensation package includes comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for healthcare, dental, and mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, paid sick time and paid time off.
