Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a Team Lead, Technical Account Manager (TAM) to lead a TAM team focused on onboarding and ongoing customer success. You will guide the implementation of observability tools and cloud integrations, ensuring strong customer relationships and data-driven outcomes.

You will mentor TAMs, establish onboarding KPIs, and serve as a technical escalation for complex challenges, working with executives to align technical solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams focused on observability, logging infrastructure, and onboarding.
• Ability to define and track onboarding KPIs and drive customer adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage TAMs to onboard new customers and ensure long-term success.
• Provide technical guidance on implementing observability tools and cloud integrations.
• Oversee onboarding of Logs, Metrics, and Traces monitoring with real-time analysis.
• Act as primary escalation contact for customer technical challenges and drive data-driven improvements.
