Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain state licenses and CE requirements.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate highly complex claims with potential significant impact.
• Direct defense counsel and shape litigation strategy.
• Review coverage, investigate exposures, and assess reserves.
• Attend depositions, mediations, trials, and settlements as needed.
• Mentor junior staff and report findings to management.
• Maintain client relationships with insureds, brokers, and vendors.
