Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
• Minimum of two years' experience adjudicating claims, preferably general liability and commercial auto.
• Ability to obtain necessary state licenses and maintain CE requirements.
• Strong business acumen and customer-focused approach.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to manage complex losses.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate first-party property damage claims with significant impact on team results.
• Provide laser-focused customer service and develop client relationships with insureds and brokers.
• Analyze claims forms, endorsements, and instructions to determine coverage.
• Investigate promptly, interview involved parties, and determine facts of loss.
• Manage diaries and coordinate resources to resolve cases efficiently.
• Prepare escalation notices and present claims to Claims Committee.
