Farm Family is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to join our Omaha team, working in-office full‑time. You’ll handle investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of general liability and some commercial auto claims, coordinating with clients, counsel, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
• Two years of claims adjudication experience; general liability and auto preferred.
• Must obtain state licenses and maintain CE requirements.
• Strong communication and client-focus are essential.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to coordinate with counsel.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate first‑party property damage claims under supervision.
• Provide laser-focused customer service and build lasting client connections.
• Analyze claims forms, policies, and endorsements to determine coverage.
• Investigate claims promptly and interview involved parties for facts.
• Manage diary stay on schedule and progress cases toward resolution.
• Prepare escalation notices and present claims to Claims Committee.
