You will translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements, mentor analysts, and ensure on-time delivery with strong stakeholder communication in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years in business analysis, product ownership, or delivery management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and SME market dynamics.
• Technical background in software engineering or related delivery disciplines.
• Ability to develop engineering-ready requirements with clear context and acceptance criteria.
• Experience designing and coordinating UAT processes with traceability and defect management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce-based revenue operations, claims, billing, or APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and delivery coordination across multiple initiatives and partners.
• Establish and maintain high-quality requirements documentation with scope and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee multiple initiatives, manage timelines and dependencies.
• Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Define and coordinate UAT activities and defect triage.
• Evaluate API changes for compatibility and risk across integrations.
• Identify scalable process improvements and promote best practices.
• Mentor analysts and project coordinators to strengthen team capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Revenue, Salesforce, Claims, and Compliance.
