Qualifications

• 12+ years in business operations or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Math, Economics, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• MBA is an advantage.
• Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
• Strong analytical and strategic capabilities; translate data into recommendations.
• Comfort with ambiguity; create structure and clear paths forward.
• Understanding of financial drivers and P&L impact.
• Experience leading complex programs and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative approach across teams and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide programs and strategic initiatives with defined roadmaps.
• Identify roadblocks, address inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions.
