Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior implementation leader to drive end-to-end healthcare technology deployments across provider networks. You will design training, develop standardized playbooks, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely go-lives and measurable adoption.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in implementation, customer success, training, or a related role within healthcare technology, including leading at least two end‑to‑end implementations.
• Healthcare technology implementation: manage complex implementations from planning through deployment and stabilization.
• Training and change management: design and deliver training for physicians, clinicians, practice managers, or other healthcare staff.
• Project management: coordinate multiple workstreams, manage deadlines, and maintain visibility into progress and risks.
• Cross-functional leadership: collaborate across product, engineering, operations and field teams without direct reporting authority.
• Communication and relationship building: explain technical concepts clearly to executives and frontline users.
• Data-driven decision-making: define adoption metrics and evaluate training effectiveness to improve outcomes.
• Process development: establish repeatable workflows and scalable operating procedures.
• Preferred value-based care experience: familiarity with MSOs, IPAs, ACOs, Medicare Advantage, or risk-bearing groups.
• Preferred healthcare systems knowledge: understanding of EHR workflows, quality tools, HCC coding, or population health platforms.
• Preferred leadership experience: launching a new function or building a team.
• Adaptability and initiative: proactive, independent, and capable of improving processes in a fast-growing setting.
• Location and work arrangement: based in the United States and able to work fully remote with distributed stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Implementation Management: lead implementation from kickoff to go-live and post-launch stabilization.
• Provider Training and Education: design and deliver training for physicians, practice managers, and staff.
• Implementation Playbook Development: build standardized framework, templates, and runbooks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with product, engineering, provider relations, care management, data, and operations.
• Adoption and Performance Monitoring: track KPIs on adoption, time to go-live, training completion, and provider satisfaction.
• Provider Feedback and Product Improvement: gather field feedback and translate to product requirements.
• Issue Resolution and Provider Support: establish a provider-facing support model and escalate issues.
• Function Development and Team Leadership: lay foundations for provider success, support hiring and onboarding.
• Stakeholder Communication: report progress, risks, and results to executives and frontline users.
• Continuous Improvement: refine onboarding, training, and adoption strategies as the network grows.
