Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager in the United States to lead two critical engineering teams—Platform and Integrations. You will shape technical direction, roadmaps, and delivery strategies while remaining hands-on as needed, focusing on reliability, scalability, and efficiency across cloud environments.

You will report to the CTO, develop engineering talent, and foster ownership and continuous improvement in a distributed, fast-moving setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development as an individual contributor.
• 3+ years leading eng teams of ~10–15 people.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects in distributed envs.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Platform and Integrations engineering teams and roadmaps.
• Own technical roadmaps and balance debt with delivery.
• Contribute hands-on coding in Java, Python, or Go when needed.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure/DevOps on cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring.
• Develop talent and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Communicate roadmaps, priorities, risks to stakeholders.
