Motorola Solutions' Exacom unit seeks a high-performing Technical Field Services Manager to lead post-sales technical services teams. You will manage Field Engineers responsible for installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4, delivering reliable service to public safety agencies.

Role requires managing SLAs, on-site deployments, and a culture of safety and excellence. Travel up to 20-30% and collaboration with project managers are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technical management leading technical support and/or field deployment teams.
• Experience in public safety, mission-critical environments, telecoms, or NG911 preferred.
• Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams (remote and on-site).

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and evaluate a dual-function team of Field Engineers.
• Plan, schedule, and execute on-site hardware/software installations and upgrades.
• Manage deployment timelines, SAT testing, and site readiness with project managers.
• Refine support workflows and maintain strong client relationships.
