NELSON Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Designer to advance the design, documentation, and construction of corporate interiors and workplace projects. The Sr.

TD leads complex technical work, mentors teammates, and collaborates with project managers to achieve project goals and schedules. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in architecture, strong AutoCAD and Revit skills, and experience delivering large-scale interiors with coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet code and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required
10+ years of experience in architecture/related field
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required

Responsibilities

Lead team in preparation of construction documentation.
Partner with Project Manager for overall project delivery goals.
Lead or participate in design charrettes and project team meetings.
Mentor design staff and participate in performance evaluations.
