Job summary

NELSON Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Designer to join our Workplace Practice. You will lead the technical execution of projects, develop design concepts, and produce construction documents for corporate interiors and workplace environments.

You will mentor teammates, coordinate with consultants and vendors, and participate in client presentations to ensure design intent and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of construction documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and design team.
• Develop design concepts and presentations.
• Prepare and modify architectural documents with CAD/BIM.
• Ensure documents meet design intent and codes.
• Mentor teammates and participate in performance reviews.
• Coordinate with consultants and vendors.
