NELSON Worldwide, LLC seeks a Technical Designer II in our Workplace Practice to support construction documentation, design development, and drawing production across project phases. You will work with the team on field surveys, prepare addenda, and maintain electronic project files.

The role emphasizes collaboration, adherence to standards, and timely delivery for corporate interiors projects, with opportunities to contribute to sustainable design practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Photoshop and/or InDesign preferred.
• Must be deadline-oriented and detail-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
• Update design documents and incorporate red lines as needed.
• Plot/Prepare drawings for digital transmittance to consultants, clients and/or contractor.
• Assist with the schematic phases and basic detailing.
