Job summary
NELSON Worldwide is seeking a Senior Technical Designer to join our Workplace Practice. This role leads the technical execution of design and documentation for Corporate Interiors projects, and may lead a project team to deliver high quality construction documents in line with client goals.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Architecture or related field, 10+ years of experience, and advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with strong coordination across disciplines and with project
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in architecture/technical design.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience coordinating multiple disciplines and producing construction documents.
Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of construction documentation.
- Coordinate with Project Manager for delivery goals.
- Lead or participate in design charrettes and team meetings.
- Prepare client presentations and project communications.
- Develop design concepts and coordinate with consultants and vendors.
- Produce and update architectural drawings in AutoCAD/Revit.
