Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture/design.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of construction documentation and coordinate with PM on project goals.
• Develop design concepts and render 2D/3D presentations.
• Communicate with disciplines, vendors, and contractors to incorporate information into project requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance of documents and ensure code compliance.
