Job summary

NELSON Worldwide seeks a Senior Interior Designer for its Workplace Practice. You will lead design efforts from programming through construction documentation, collaborating with clients and teams to realize bold, functional workspaces.

The role demands expert command of AutoCAD/Revit, FF&E, and a strong grasp of codes, sustainability, and production of precise design documents. Expect mentorship, cross-disciplinary coordination, and client-facing presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of experience in architecture; NCIDQ preferred.
• Strong knowledge of design documentation, codes, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead project design team and coordinate with PM for project goals.
• Develop design concepts, space planning, and FF&E specifications.
• Produce AutoCAD and Revit documents; lead client presentations.
• Ensure adherence to NELSON standards and QA on project docs.
