Job summary

NELSON Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Designer to join our Workplace Practice. You will lead the technical execution of projects, assist in design development, documentation, and construction administration, and mentor teammates as needed.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years' design experience, strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, and a track record in corporate interiors/workplace design. This role supports a hybrid work model and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years' experience; or equivalent in appropriate education and experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in preparation of construction documentation.
• Partner with the Project Manager in the overall delivery of the goals of the project.
• Lead or participate in design charrettes and project team meetings.
• Develop design concepts and render 2D/3D presentation drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors and jurisdictions to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure documentation complies with design intent and codes.
