Asana is seeking a Technical Services consultant based in Chicago to bridge code and customer outcomes. You will build custom automations, integrations, and strategic guidance across complex enterprise ecosystems.

You’ll own post-sales delivery, design scalable solutions, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve tools for developers. The role blends architecture, development, and trusted advisory work in a hybrid, office-centric model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, Customer Engineer).
• 3+ years of hands-on programming (Python or Node.js).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs.
• Architect mindset: design for scale and future-proofing.
• Customer-first communicator who translates technical details for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on Asana’s product, APIs, and developer tools.
• Design and deliver scalable, customized solutions—including AI-augmented workflows—integrating Asana into enterprise ecosystems.
• Lead post-sales delivery from kickoff through close—owning the project lifecycle and coding with CS teams.
• Coordinate with Implementation Managers to maintain momentum and ensure great customer experience.
• Guide on automation, integration, and extensibility within complex tech stacks.
• Evaluate feasibility of advanced customer use cases and align on solution strategy.
