Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support technical scoping sessions to capture all requirements.
• Manage API integrations between client systems and internal platforms.
• Conduct testing and validation of technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for enhancements.
• Drive onboarding improvements using AI and automation.
• Provide strategic input on product improvements.
