Job summary

EML Payments is seeking a Senior Client Delivery Lead (Technical) to drive complex, client-intensive projects with a strong emphasis on technical execution and product expertise. You will navigate API integrations, onboarding improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to streamline delivery.

In this strategic role, you will shape technical scopes, coordinate with Product and Engineering, and push for product enhancements based on client feedback, while ensuring high standards of delivery

Qualifications

• Proficiency in API concepts (REST, JSON, authentication methods).
• Advanced understanding of SaaS product architecture and capabilities.
• Experience with project management tools like Monday and Jira.
• Deep understanding of EML’s product capabilities and ability to leverage them for client success.

Responsibilities

• Support technical scoping sessions with internal stakeholders to ensure all requirements captured before project kickoff.
• Manage complex projects, often including API integrations between clients' systems and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement enhancements, vendor API integrations and resolve technical issues.
• Drive onboarding improvements to streamline client experience and reduce time-to-value by introducing AI and automation into our processes and Product capabilities.
• Provide strategic input on product improvements based on client feedback and technical feasibility.
