Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking a Team Lead, Technical Solutions to guide a 4-person specialist team through requirements gathering, configuration, and implementation of payment solutions. You will coordinate with sales, product, engineering, and customer success to deliver high-quality solutions and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes API leadership, complex integrations, and effective client communication in a hybrid Atlanta-based environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role with complex integrations.
Minimum 2 years direct people leadership experience.
Strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and API webhooks.

Responsibilities

Lead discussions with customers to understand use cases and propose solutions.
Translate business needs into technical architecture recommendations.
Design, review, and troubleshoot API integrations; guide customers through patterns.
Lead status calls and report risks and next steps to project team.
Mentor and develop junior staff; foster a culture of continuous learning.
Collaborate with product teams on feature development and implementation.
