Job summary
Euna Solutions is seeking a Team Lead, Technical Solutions to guide a team through payments integrations, API architecture, and configuration for client implementations. You will collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and support to deliver high-quality solutions and excellent customer experiences.
Lead technical discussions, translate business needs into technical specs, and mentor the team. This hybrid role requires presence at the Atlanta, GA office three days a week and strong
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, technical consulting, or similar roles with complex integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and API webhooks; troubleshoot integrations with tools like Postman.
- Experience explaining complex API concepts to non-technical stakeholders; translate business needs into technical architecture.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions with customers to understand use cases and propose solutions.
- Translate business problems into actionable user stories and technical architecture recommendations.
- Evaluate API integration needs and guide toward optimal integration patterns.
- Lead API integration work—design, review, and troubleshooting REST/SOAP integrations and webhooks.
- Maintain hands-on involvement in critical integrations and model best practices for the team.
- Coach and mentor team members; foster collaboration and best practices.
