Euna Solutions is seeking a Team Lead, Technical Solutions to guide a group of specialists through requirements gathering, configuration, and implementation of payment solutions. You will collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and customer success to ensure high customer satisfaction.

You’ll lead API integration efforts, mentor the team, and partner with product teams to drive new features while delivering reliable, scalable solutions for complex client needs in a hybrid Atlanta

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and webhooks.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions with customers to understand use cases and propose solutions using Euna Payments platforms.
• Translate business problems into actionable user stories and technical architecture recommendations for development teams.
• Evaluate API integration needs and guide customers toward optimal integration patterns.
• Lead API integration work—design, review, and troubleshoot REST/SOAP integrations and webhooks.
• Troubleshoot complex API issues; reproduce problems in Postman and provide clear guidance.
• Gather client requirements and implement configurations across multiple payment products.
• Lead status calls, report risks and next steps to the project team.
• Mentor team members and establish best practices for API integration and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with product teams on new features and deliver proofs of concept.
