Job summary

EML Payments is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our North America operations. This client-facing role serves as the primary contact from contract signature through day-to-day management, with a focus on implementation, delivery support, and ongoing client operations.

You will work closely with account management and the commercial team, learn our IT platforms, and drive efficient processes that improve client satisfaction and internal collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in client services/support.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong collaboration.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
• Technical aptitude to learn new applications.
• Experience with JIRA, Excel (Pivot Tables) and Word.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account management to service NA clients.
• Coordinate with cardholder support for large issues with proactive client communication.
• Identify and solve complex client account problems.
• Represent EML with clients and vice versa.
• Share information internally and assemble resources to resolve process/technical challenges.
• Demonstrate SME on EML products/services.
• Manage ticketing and communications per region.
• Ensure timely ticket responses.
• Support Card Production during client orders with timely updates.
