Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps experience.
• 5+ years of Scrum, Agile/iterative, and Waterfall development methodologies.
• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience gathering and understanding business requirements.
• 2+ years of ITSM experience, including ServiceNow and/or BMC Remedy.
• Experience with Incident Management and Change Management.
• Strong understanding of the Software/Application Development Lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
• Broad understanding of enterprise technologies and applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Understanding of industry quality standards, security, and accessibility.

Job Title: Senior Technical Business Lead

Location: Harrisburg, PA, 17110 (2-3 times a week)

Type: 8+ months contract

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Lead to bridge business requirements and technical solutions within a large public-sector application development environment. The consultant will work closely with IT leadership, application development teams, and business stakeholders to identify business needs, resolve technical challenges, and support application development and modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with DevOps, IT project management, application development lifecycle, ITSM, incident/change management, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of DevOps experience.
