TALENT Software Services in Pennsylvania is seeking a Senior Technical Business Lead to drive application development and management. You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, working closely with Section Management to address IT solution challenges and coordinate delivery.

The role requires strong communication, DevOps expertise, and deep knowledge of the Application Development lifecycle, with experience in ITSM tools (Remedy, ServiceNow) and modern delivery practices.

• Manage application inventory, support documentation, and organization of the application portfolio.
• Review specification business requirements and collaborate with the team on development level of effort estimations for requirements.
• Involved in adopting COTS products.

Additional Information

This position is 40 hours per week and features first-round interviews via Teams. Candidates must present a valid photo ID during the interview process. This is a hybrid position requiring presence at the headquarters at least 2-3 times a week.
