The PennsylvaniaEmergency Management Agency (PEMA) and Office of State Fire Commissioner (OSFC)is looking for a Senior Technical Business Lead with strong communicationskills, and expert knowledge of the Application Development life cycle. Thisposition is a crucial role in bridge the gap between business needs andtechnical solutions within PEMA/OSFC organizations.

The Candidate will be responsible for:

• Plan and coordinate daily-stand up with developmentteam.
  
• Working directly with PEMA/OSFC Section Management tosolve IT Business solution needs and problems.
  
• Collaborating with the PEMA/OSFC Application team toidentify and fix technical problems.
  
• Provide and lead Incident Management & ChangeManagement for PEMA/OSFC Application support team.
