InstantServe LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Business Lead in Harrisburg, PA to bridge business requirements and technical solutions within a large public-sector application development environment. The consultant will collaborate with IT leadership, development teams, and business stakeholders to identify needs, resolve technical challenges, and support modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of DevOps experience.
5+ years of Scrum, Agile/iterative, and Waterfall development methodologies.
5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
5+ years of analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5+ years of experience gathering and understanding business requirements.
2+ years of ITSM experience, including ServiceNow and/or BMC Remedy.
Experience with Incident Management and Change Management.
Strong understanding of the Software/Application Development Lifecycle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
Broad understanding of enterprise technologies and applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Understanding of industry quality standards, security, and accessibility.
Ability to build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and technical teams.
