Job summary

I Link Communications Inc is seeking a Senior Technical Business Lead in Harrisburg, PA, onsite 2-3 days per week. You will guide daily stand-ups, collaborate with leadership to address IT business needs, and coordinate with the application team to resolve technical issues.

You will manage incident and change processes, provide weekly status updates, maintain the application portfolio, review requirements, and support modernization and COTS adoption initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps and ITSM environments.
• Familiar with SCRUM/iterative/waterfall development.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with ITSM including Remedy & ServiceNow.
• Ability to manage IT projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily stand up with development team.
• Working directly with Management to solve IT Business solution needs and problems.
• Collaborating with the Application team to identify and fix technical problems.
• Provide and lead Incident Management & Change Management for Application support team.
• Provide weekly status updates on development teams project, task, and initiatives
• Responsible for application inventory, application support documentation & organization of application portfolio.
• Review specification business requirements and collaborate with the team on development level of effort estimations for requirements.
• Involved in adopting COTS products.
